DRAFTKINGS, XFL ANNOUNCE LEAGUE PARTNERSHIP DEAL

Expands Offerings for Daily Fantasy and Sports Betting Customers Alike

BOSTON, MA – [February 5th, 2020] – Today, DraftKings Inc. and the XFL announced a new partnership that makes DraftKings an Official Daily Fantasy Sports Partner and an Authorized Gaming Operator of the league. Over the course of a cumulative 12-week season including the XFL’s regular season and postseason, DraftKings players will have a unique and exciting way to engage with the new professional football league’s fast-paced and up-tempo style of play.

Starting with the kickoff to the XFL 2020 season on February 8th, DraftKings customers in permitted states will be able to place a variety of bets and draft daily fantasy lineups on the eight-team XFL using the industry-leading DraftKings platforms.

With all games airing nationally on ABC, ESPN, and FOX Sports, the XFL 2020 season will feature two four-team divisions and eight highly-anticipated rosters of players and coaches including former Carolina Panthers running back Cameron Artis-Payne, former Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook, as well as former Oklahoma Sooners legendary head coach Bob Stoops. The season will conclude with a championship game on April 26.

Governor Sununu Places State’s Ceremonial First Legal Sports Wager as NH Lottery and DraftKings Introduce Sports Betting in NH

New Hampshire residents can download the DraftKings Sportsbook app to place wagers; New England-based company is the exclusive digital operator in New Hampshire

Manchester, NH (December 30, 2019) – The New Hampshire Lottery and DraftKings Inc. today officially launched mobile and online sports betting in New Hampshire. Those 18 years of age and older are now able to bet on their favorite teams heading into the New Year using DraftKings’ digital sportsbook. Governor Chris Sununu placed the Granite State’s ceremonial first legal sports wager on the New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl at Shoppers Pub + Eatery at Indian Head in Manchester alongside DraftKings co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Matt Kalish, and former NFL great Rob Ninkovich. DraftKings is the exclusive digital operator for sports betting in New Hampshire.

“Sports betting is the right bet for New Hampshire,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “We moved fast to get this done by partnering with a world-class company to provide a first-rate customer service experience and the state is poised to dominate the market. The launch of sports betting will also benefit our education system – a win for our kids.”

DraftKings’ contract with the New Hampshire Lottery was approved in late November by the Executive Council after being selected through a competitive bidding process. As part of the agreement, New Hampshire will receive 50-percent of sports betting revenue, which will support the New Hampshire Lottery’s mission to drive funds in support of education in the Granite State.

NH Lottery Sports Betting Contract with DraftKings Receives Approval

CONCORD, N.H. and BOSTON, M.A. (November 25, 2019) – The New Hampshire Executive Council voted today to approve a contract between the New Hampshire Lottery and DraftKings Inc., setting the stage for sports betting to launch in the Granite State.

“We moved fast to get this done, and the deal is a win for New Hampshire,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “We are partnering with a world-class company to provide a first-rate customer service experience. With today’s vote, everyone will now be able to bet on Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in time for this year’s Super Bowl.”

“Today’s affirmative vote begins a partnership with DraftKings that will offer our players an exciting opportunity to participate in sports betting with a trusted partner,” said Charlie McIntyre, executive director, New Hampshire Lottery. “The introduction of sports betting will broaden the appeal of the New Hampshire Lottery and engage new and existing customers, while generating millions of dollars in additional revenue to support education. We are working directly with DraftKings to implement a sports betting system that both engages players, while also ensuring all appropriate safeguards are in place. The New Hampshire Lottery and DraftKings expect to launch mobile sports betting this January.”

DraftKings was selected through a competitive bidding process, offering the New Hampshire Lottery the best financial package, the most highly rated mobile sports betting app, and the fastest implementation timeline. Under the approved contract, the New Hampshire Lottery will receive 50-percent of gaming revenue from sports betting sales, maximizing revenue for education in New Hampshire. In order to work in closer collaboration with the New Hampshire Lottery, DraftKings also plans to open an office in the state.

Governor Chris Sununu signed legislation in July 2019 authorizing the New Hampshire Lottery to conduct sports betting, which will be allowed through as many as 10 physical sports book locations, along with mobile sports betting.

The sports betting legislation was written to provide individual communities with the option to put the question to voters as to whether to permit the operation of retail sportsbook locations within their communities. The cities of Berlin, Claremont, Franklin, Laconia, Manchester and Somersworth voted in favor of sports book locations during city elections earlier this fall. New Hampshire towns will be able to place the question on their Town Meeting warrants in spring 2020.

The sports betting legislation, which creates a Division of Sports Wagering within the New Hampshire Lottery to oversee sports betting, allows for mobile wagering and prohibits any wagering on New Hampshire college teams or any college games taking place in the Granite State. Players must be 18 or older to make wagers.

Deal Gives DraftKings Access to Official Sports Data Feeds for Sports Betting and Daily Fantasy Sports

DraftKings Becomes Authorized Sports Betting Operator of the NBA

DraftKings to Have Access to Official NBA Betting Data and League Marks

BOSTON & NEW YORK—Nov. 4, 2019 – The National Basketball Association (NBA) and DraftKings Inc. today announced a multiyear partnership that will make DraftKings an Authorized Sports Betting Operator of the league.

Beginning with the current 2019-20 NBA season, DraftKings will have access to official NBA betting data and league marks across its mobile platform and in its sportsbooks throughout the United States.

DraftKings and Pepsi Partner to Produce NFL Live Prediction Challenge

Free Entry, Custom Challenge Features Weekly Questionnaire with Prizing for Correct In-Game Picks and Season-Long Leaderboard Standings

BOSTON (Oct. 1, 2019) – DraftKings and Pepsi have partnered to debut the Pepsi Live Prediction Challenge that enables fans to forecast in-game outcomes for each football Sunday of the regular season. Each week, registered players will be tasked with correctly answering a series of eight, multiple-choice questions relating to Sunday’s pro football games to earn points for a shot at their share of $5K and ascend the season-long leaderboard. Players simply click on one of three given responses they wish to select for each individual question, and once all eight of the provided questions have been completed, customers can proceed with the submission. This distinctive deal includes exclusive sponsorship of the daily fantasy sports (DFS) category with access to NFL branding and more across DraftKings’ suite of DFS products and content platforms.

BOSTON (August 23, 2019) – DraftKings Inc. and del Lago Resort & Casino announced today the opening of the DraftKings Sportsbook at del Lago, the company’s third retail sportsbook location in the U.S. The 6,000 square-foot space will offer sports fans a state of the art and innovative, high-tech retail sports betting experience complete with betting kiosks and LED video screens.
